All customPLUS tee shirts are made-to-order for the customer. customPLUS takes pride in making sure that each tee shirt is perfect upon delivery. Returns & Exchanges:
customPLUS stands behind our products. If, for whatever reason, you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the day the shipment arrives. Please note that this does not include personalized items. If customPLUS makes a mistake with your order, we will replace your items immediately. Please review the writing on your customized items, as well as the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason customPLUS cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or errors made while writing your customization. If customPLUS has made a mistake with your order, please contact one of the customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
